A few things about our practice: TOP 10 LIST:

2. Prefer to talk over phone ☎️ - 585-388-8388. Leave a voice message if you call. Clients of legacy Lalit Shah can call Cathy at 585-377-0700. 
3. Don't be like Austin, leave your phone number on all emails
4. Payment due 💵  upon services rendered - the check is never in the mail!
5. Check and cash accepted 👌. No credit cards 🚫. And NO tax returns will be e-filed without payment (we are in the CPA business and law business - not in the collection business 😀)
6. Faster turnaround if you send hard copy (in a nice priority mail envelope) instead of email. Receiving hard copies is so much better for me... and for you (because it keeps your fee low 😀).
7. If no choice, but to email - then preferred format of email attachment is .pdf. Don't just email documents and attachments; get an okay from me first. 🆗️
8. For goodness sake, have the courtesy of opening your "important tax document enclosed" envelopes ✉️ - and unfold them - for me! It's frustrating 😡 opening up your mail and unfolding the papers - so unorganized. I'm not your admin assistant. 
9. Do not like text messages - I'm not your B.F.F.
10. Don't be shy - call if you have questions because... we love you! ❤️ 

In a great game of carrom (google it!), sometimes the simple placement of coins can help set the stage. Leaving your phone number on all emails, sending hard copies of your tax documents, and opening your "important tax document enclosed" ahead of time makes for a more efficient service.
